How to Download Instagram Stories
Follow these steps to download supported Instagram Stories:
- Open Instagram in the app or your browser.
- Find the public Story you want to save, where downloading is supported.
- Copy the relevant Instagram link if a shareable link is available.
- Visit snapinstadown.com in your browser.
- Paste the link into the input box and click Download.
- Select an available download option and save the file to your device.
If the link is not supported or the Story is no longer available, the download may not work.
How to Download Instagram Highlights
Instagram Highlights let users keep selected Stories on their profiles beyond the usual Story display period. If a Highlight is publicly accessible and supported by the tool, you may be able to save its available photos or videos.
- Open Instagram and visit the profile containing the Highlight.
- Open the relevant Highlight and copy its link if available.
- Go to snapinstadown.com.
- Paste the link into the download box.
- Click Download and follow the available options.
Not all Highlights can be downloaded. Availability depends on the source content and the tool’s supported link formats.
Download Instagram Stories on PC, iPhone, and Android
On PC or Mac
Open SnapInstaDown in a compatible browser, paste the supported Instagram link, and select an available download option. The file is generally saved to your browser’s default download folder.
On iPhone or iPad
Open the website in Safari, paste the supported link, and start the download. Depending on your device and browser version, the file may be saved in the Files app.
On Android
